The bright memory

The terrible news struck down the entire Ilim team. Today our Gaisha Dzhusupbekovna passed away, not having lived even 5 days after the death of her sister Sagyn Dzhusupbekovna...

The whole team froze in shock. Gaisha was the brain, strategist and symbol of Ilim. She was an amazing woman, such as the earth rarely gives birth to. A very clever woman, psychologist, connoisseur of human souls, philanthropist, always standing at the highest level of responsibility and the highest humanity, Gaisha Dzhusupbekovna was an irreplaceable helmsman, leading the ship "Ilim" to new and new heights of education.

Most recently, she announced the introduction of a new paradigm of education, she led the development of a strategy for the existence of the school in new conditions. How can we believe that she is not with us! How can we accept this?! Such an irreparable loss – a terrible blow to the very heart of each employee!

We, employees of Ilim, cannot, don’t want, don’t believe in what has happened! Yesterday everyone of us prayed: "Come on, come on, Gaisha, get out!!! You are so strong!"

We so believed that everything would be okay! And today there is no place, no peace, no thoughts. We can only cry with her family.
