Training "Leadership for every day"

Training "Leadership for every day" was held in EC "Ilim" for students in grades 5-6.

At the training, students in teams worked out what actions should be done every day in order to improve their leadership skills.

The training was held in a very friendly and warm atmosphere. Most importantly, the students understood the role of leadership qualities not only in the professional sphere, but also in everyday life.
