Active movements increase resistance to diseases of the child; mobilize the body's defenses, activate the functions of leukocytes.

Game - a form of our work. We carry out sports festivals, sports entertainment.

Our "Health Days" loved by children and adults. All "Ilim’s" teachers and students are waiting for these sports festivals with a special look, because they take place outdoors. On platforms reigns unrestrained fun, playing music, flowers, flags and balloons hung everywhere, colorful costumes of fairytale characters, do not leave anyone indifferent. During sports festivals children demonstrate their personal achievements in the implementation of different kinds of movements and their physical shape. Holidays accompanied by games, dances, rides, surprises, riddles. We often make the sport walk in the park, in the woods, at the stadium, in the mountains.

Wellness Program provides both physical and emotional load corresponding to features of the child's body.
