How do we develop leadership qualities in a child?
In today's world, in order to succeed, to find yourself and your place in this life, to do what you love and to have time for everything, it is not enough just to study well. Leadership qualities need to be developed.
Leadership is about showing initiative and taking responsibility. It is gaining the ability to do something better and faster.
What qualities need to be nurtured in a child to show leadership?
- Optimism - the child believes in success, infects others with this faith.
- Confidence - the child easily overcomes difficulties, does not doubt his abilities.
Our school curriculum includes activities that help children "pump" their leadership skills.
We encourage when a student:
- takes the initiative;
- actively participates in events;
- knows how to work in a team;
- can form like-minded people around him.
In addition, we pay special attention to the biographies of successful people. Children independently prepare presentations about famous businessmen, athletes and other outstanding professionals in their field, studying their life path and achievements.
